This module explores the spiritual anatomy of lasting fire... the kind of fire that survives disappointment, distraction, difficulty, and delay. Too many leaders start with passion but lose focus when pressure hits. This session will unpack the wisdom principles and Kingdom perspectives needed to guard your flame, strengthen your endurance, and stay spiritually fueled for the long haul. Because the goal is not just a moment of fire...it is a life that keeps burning.
The world studies a leader’s platform.God studies a leader’s heart. In a culture obsessed with image, résumé, gifts, and influence, this module brings us back to what Heaven actually weighs... the interior life. Using the truth God spoke to Samuel, “Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart,” we will explore how prayer, identity, confidence, and inner strength shape a leader’s capacity for Kingdom impact.
This session will help leaders receive upgrades in the unseen places... because what God builds in you privately is what protects what He releases through you publicly. In this session we will be joined by Leader, Author and Pastor Ken Claytor of Alive Church.
A lamp can look ready and still run out of oil. In the parable of the ten virgins, 50% had proximity to the moment... but not enough oil to carry it. That is a sobering picture for every leader. This module will unpack the discipline, devotion, and hidden life required to carry fresh oil in a fresh season. You will gain insight, inspiration, and practical wisdom to protect the anointing, stay spiritually fueled, and lead from overflow instead of burnout. Because without oil, leadership gets dry. But with oil...your life carries weight, your leadership carries power, and your obedience can affect eternity.

Everybody wants the fire... until God starts flipping the cake. Hosea 7:8 says, “Ephraim is a cake unturned.” That means there was heat, but not full formation. Exposure, but not completion. Fire, but no finish. This module will challenge leaders to stop avoiding the hard places that Heaven uses to form depth, courage, endurance, and clarity. In a world addicted to comfort, predictability, and easy exits, healthy leaders must learn how to take the tough road, make the tough call, and let the furnace do its work. Because half-baked leaders cannot carry full-blown reformation... and leaders who run from the flip will never be ready for the fire.
Anybody can lead when everyone agrees. But healthy leadership is revealed when tension enters the room... and in this cultural moment, tension is not occasional. It is atmospheric.
In a culture addicted to offense, avoidance, outrage, and reaction, leaders must learn how to carry conflict without becoming contaminated by it. Pastor Ken has a heart to bring people of all backgrounds together to experience the power and love of Jesus. As pastors, he and his wife Tabatha lead Alive Church, a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, and economically diverse ministry with campuses in Gainesville, Florida, Orlando, Florida, Tampa, Florida, Cricuma, Brazil, and online. Starting with just 6 adults, they have grown the church to see thousands of individuals worshipping God every weekend. Ken is an author, founder of the Alive Leadership Institute, the Alive Conference host, and a sought-after conference speaker. He is a family man. Married to Tabatha for 26 years, they live in Orlando, Florida with their 3 children, Hannah, Charity and Kenny.
